Appointments & booking
Bookings are managed through the online booking system.

Children/Guests
Please come alone to your appointment, we cannot accommodate babies/children in the studio/during your appointment.

Cancellations & no-shows
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Same-day cancellations & no shows incur a fee of 100% of the service.

Lateness
Appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if someone arrives too late. You may still be charged.

Patch testing
All tinting and lifting treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are a new client or you have not had one with us within the last 6 months. Your appointment cannot go ahead without one. Please contact the studio to book one.

Contraindications & safety
clients need to disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures or other information that may affect your treatment. Rae. reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where there’s a safety concern.

Results
Results vary between clients depending on hair, skin, previous treatments and aftercare.

Retail products & refunds
if you’re selling products through the new site/studio.

Pricing
All prices are displayed at time of booking and may be subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your appointment unless otherwise stated. Any additional services or add-ons requested during your appointment may incur an additional charge.

Products/refunds
We hope you love your Rae. products. If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@raedublin.com and we’ll be happy to help. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned due to a change of mind, except where your statutory consumer rights apply. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return in accordance with our applicable returns policy and consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
