Appointments & booking
Bookings are managed through the online booking system.

Children/Guests
Please come alone to your appointment, we cannot accommodate babies/children in the studio/during your appointment.

Cancellations & no-shows
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Same-day cancellations & no shows incur a fee of 100% of the service.

Lateness
Appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled if someone arrives too late. You may still be charged.

Patch testing
All tinting and lifting treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are a new client or you have not had one with us within the last 6 months. Your appointment cannot go ahead without one. Please contact the studio to book one. Please fill out patch test form

Contraindications & safety
Clients need to disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures or other information that may affect your treatment. Rae. reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where there’s a safety concern.

Results
Results vary between clients depending on hair, skin, previous treatments and aftercare.
